Iâm Dr. Eshele Williams, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Doctor of Psychology with over two decades of experience helping people and systems healâwithout losing themselves in the process.
My work bridges personal restoration with structural change. Whether Iâm supporting a therapist navigating burnout, a family rebuilding after disruption, or an organization overwhelmed by mission fatigue, I offer strategies rooted in clinical expertise, cultural fluency, and lived truth. Much of my work is shaped by personal experienceâgrowing up in layered family systems, witnessing the weight caregivers carry, and learning how to navigate leadership while healing myself.
Through therapy, consulting, and training, I help individuals, families, and professionals create sustainable shiftsâones that honor their story, reclaim their leadership, and bring clarity to whatâs next.
With degrees in Human Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Psychology, my path began with a deep desire to understand why we carry what we carryâand how healing becomes possible not just for individuals, but across families, communities, and generations.
That desire wasnât abstractâit was personal. Iâve lived what it means to hold space for others while navigating loss, caregiving, burnout, and leadership. Over the past 20 years, Iâve worked across child welfare, family systems, and organizational reformâsupporting families in crisis, training professionals, and helping agencies evolve how they show up for their people.
From the classroom to the courtroom, from clinical teams to community healing spaces, Iâve served as a professor, curriculum designer, clinical supervisor, and program director. In every role, I bring the same lens: healing isnât just a personal journeyâitâs a systems-level shift. And no one should have to do it alone.
