If you’re here, chances are you’ve been holding a lot.
Maybe you’re the one others depend on.
Maybe you’re rebuilding after a loss that no one else can quite see.
Maybe you’re tired—and you’re not sure how much longer you can keep showing up without coming undone.
Healing is more than just a process—it’s a choice. It isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I live. Te-Heal-Ya is my commitment to walking this journey alongside you, turning pain into power through self-awareness, therapy, and intentional healing. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, or sudden life changes, this space is here to remind you: healing starts within.
Te-Heal-Ya started as something I said to myself. A reminder to pause. To breathe. To let go of performance and come back to truth.
I created this movement for people like me—people like you—who have spent a lifetime holding space for others while trying to find their own.
For years, I’ve taught that you can’t truly help others until you’ve healed yourself—but the fire made me live that truth in a way I never expected. Te-Heal-Ya is more than a campaign; it’s my practice of what I’ve always preached. Healing isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we actively build, layer by layer, choice by choice.
Healing is a process of integration, not avoidance. It’s the decision to sit with what’s hard, move through grief with intention, and find strength in community. Te-Heal-Ya is a movement designed to support that process—through shared experiences, tangible resources, and a space where we can heal together.
Te-Heal-Ya is for:
• The therapist who’s exhausted but still showing up
• The mom, the daughter, the elder who’s carrying more than she speaks out loud
• The person trying to start again—without pretending it’s easy
• Anyone holding grief, burnout, or transition in silence
🔥 1. Fire Refines What’s Already There
The fire didn’t create this—it confirmed it. It asked me to live what I’d been teaching. This pillar is for anyone navigating loss, burnout, or radical restart.
🩺 2. To Heal Others, You Must Do the Work First
This is for my fellow clinicians, caregivers, space-holders, and cycle-breakers. You can’t keep giving what you never receive.
🕊 3. Grief, Trauma & the Choice to Keep Building Anyway
You don’t have to be “over it” to move through it. Healing doesn’t mean erasing the pain. It means learning to live with tenderness and clarity, anyway.
The materials & resources for Te-Heal-Ya are still taking shape, but here’s what I want you to know:
✔️ This is for anyone navigating grief, burnout, or major transitions.
✔️ It’s for therapists, caregivers, and people who give so much to others that they forget themselves.
✔️ It’s for those who want a space where healing isn’t just ‘self-care’—it’s a practice, a choice, and a way forward.
